Monét Shannon is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of People & Talent at both Quanata and HiRoad, Monét also holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Texas Southern University. Additionally, as the Owner of HR Mystique, Monét provides consulting services focusing on HR strategic partnerships, employee relations, and data analytics. Monét's diverse background includes a significant tenure at Houston Methodist, where multiple roles culminated in the position of Human Resources Director. An active member of the EQ Community™, Monét is committed to advancing diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Monét holds a Master of Health Care Administration from Texas Woman's University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from Texas Southern University.
