Liz Unikowski

Liz Unikowski is an experienced professional in the fashion and design industry, currently serving as the Impact Incentives Manager at Textile Exchange since October 2022. Previously, Liz co-founded Cós, a social business aimed at valuing professionals in the fashion chain through strategic design and sustainability, and PAR, which focused on ethical practices within the footwear industry. Liz has also held roles as a senior fashion designer for accessories at Cantão and dress to, and contributed to shoe design at New Order Accessories and MIZ Accessories. Educational qualifications include a Master of Strategic Design from Unisinos and a post-graduate degree in Business Administration from Ibmec, complemented by training from the SLEM Innovation & Training Institute.
