Lewis Kihiu

Lewis Kihiu is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in developing and migrating software systems across various organizations. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at Teya since January 2023, Lewis led the successful migration of legacy systems to an AWS cloud platform following Teya's acquisition of Yoyo Group. Prior to this role, Lewis was a Founding Senior Software Engineer at Acquicent, where the organization’s minimum viable product (MVP) was created through the integration of key financial services, resulting in significant funding. Lewis also worked as a Platform Engineer at Yoyo, specializing in Python Django backend services, and as a Software Engineer at Skye Tech Group, focusing on tailored solutions across multiple sectors. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology from the Technical University of Kenya and a certification in the International Computer Driving Licence from the Institute of Advanced Technology.
