Lucy Clemente

Lucy Clemente is an accomplished Human Resources and Recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR management. Currently serving as the Human Resources & Recruitment Manager at Thakral One since November 2021, Lucy previously held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Pointwest from October 2017 to November 2021, where responsibilities included shaping future leadership and advancing digital transformation through effective recruitment strategies and exceptional candidate experiences. Prior to this, Lucy was a Senior Recruiter for the Asia Pacific Region at SeaChange International and held various HR roles, including Senior HR Generalist and HR Specialist at Technology Support Services Inc. and Nextstage Inc. Lucy holds a BA in Sociology from the University of the Philippines.
