Anaëlle Kauffmann

Anaëlle Kauffmann is an experienced professional in data transformation and performance management, currently serving as the Head of Transformation & Performance at Thales since November 2024, where responsibilities include operating the Data transformation program, change management, and cross-divisional coordination. Prior to this role, Anaëlle held multiple positions at Thales Alenia Space from October 2022 to November 2024, including leading a team of Data Analysts and managing the Enterprise Data Solutions transformation efforts. Previous experience includes leadership roles in performance and financial planning at Amadeus and operational management at Texas Instruments, bringing extensive expertise in data initiatives, project coordination, and team management across various industries. Anaëlle holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from INSA Lyon, completed in 2002.
