Siobhan Williams

Siobhan Williams is an experienced professional in digital design and learning, currently serving as the Head of Digital Design & Innovation at Thales since March 2020. Siobhan has held various roles at Thales, including Learning Team Lead (Secondment), Digital Learning Coordinator, and Learning Content Developer. Prior to Thales, Siobhan worked at American Express for over 14 years, where roles included Learning Content Developer, Instructional Designer, and Training Instructor. Siobhan obtained a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management from Brighton MET in June 2023, specializing in Human Resources Management.
