Sunny Sood

Sunny Sood has over 15 years of extensive experience in law enforcement, currently serving as a Police Sergeant in the Incident & Crime Response Department at Thames Valley Police since July 2008. Previously held roles include Police Officer in various units such as the Engagement Unit, Emergency Response Team, and COVID Information Cell, as well as serving as a Wildlife Crime Officer, where specialized skills in investigating wildlife offences were applied. Prior to joining Thames Valley Police, Sunny worked with HM Prison Service as a Prison Officer and with the UK Border Agency as an Immigration Detention Officer. Academic achievements include completion of the Frontline Leadership Programme with Police Now and multiple NVQs in Policing and Customer Services. Additionally, skills include evidence gathering, pursuit training, and expertise in wildlife crime investigation.
