Martyn Whitlam

Martyn Whitlam currently serves as the Head of Customer BI and Data at Thames Water, a position held since August 2021, where responsibilities include owning customer data and delivering a unified data warehouse aimed at enhancing customer experience and enabling data-driven decision-making. Prior to this role, Martyn held the title of Head of Data Strategy, Transformation, and Cloud Migration at Openreach from April 2019 to August 2021, where focus areas included data strategy, cloud migration, data governance, and overall data transformation.
