Kim Reynolds

Kim Reynolds (nee Wright) is an accomplished talent management professional with extensive experience in strategic recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Head of Talent at Ben since March 2023, Reynolds previously held the same title at Infogrid from January 2022 to February 2023, where the focus was on supporting global talent strategies to promote sustainability in the built environment. Prior to Infogrid, Reynolds worked at WorldFirst from June 2013 to December 2021, first as Global Head of Talent Acquisition, overseeing a diverse team across various regions, and then as Talent Acquisition Manager. Earlier career experiences include the role of Recruitment Consultant at Angela Mortimer Group from August 2010 to May 2013. Reynolds holds a Master of Arts in Ancient History from The University of Edinburgh, completed in 2009.
