Peninnah Onchere

Peninnah Onchere is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at Ben since December 2023, Peninnah previously held the position of Recruitment Manager at The Earthshot Prize from March 2023 to October 2023. Throughout a career spanning several years, roles include Talent Partner at Pleo, Talent Partner and Talent Associate at Talentful and Lyst, and Talent Associate at Octopus Energy. Early career experiences include volunteer positions and customer service roles, such as Sales Specialist at Stormfront Retail Ltd and Event Support at HAP Recruitment. Peninnah holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of York, obtained from 2016 to 2019.
