Susie Firth

Susie Firth is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior People Partner at Ben since May 2023. Prior to this role, Susie worked at Depop from February 2019 to May 2023, progressing through several positions including People Advisor and Senior People Coordinator. Earlier experience includes a short-term HR internship at Clap Global in late 2018. Susie Firth holds a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages (French and German) with Business Management from the University of Birmingham and participated in Erasmus programs at the University of Cologne and Aix-Marseille University. Education was completed at Bromley High School GDST from 2007 to 2014.
