Gavin Hall

Gavin Hall has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Head of Unified Comms and Network Operations at The AA, a position held since July 2001. Gavin has progressed through various roles at The AA, including Voice Technologies Manager, IT Infrastructure Voice Systems Team Lead, Senior Technical Consultant - Voice Systems, and Resource Analyst. Prior to this, Gavin worked as an ACD Engineer at Orange from April 2000 to July 2001. Gavin's educational background includes study at Northumbria University from 1997 to 1998 and attendance at Blyth Tynedale High School from 1992 to 1997.
