Sarah Barnett

Sarah Barnett is an experienced talent and leadership development professional currently serving as the Group Head of Talent and Leadership at The AA since August 2021. Prior to this role, Sarah held several positions at William Hill, including Head of UK Learning and Development and Leadership and Talent Manager, between December 2017 and August 2021. Sarah's career also includes significant experience at Asda, where roles ranged from Talent and Leadership Development Manager to Leadership Development Manager from December 2008 to December 2017, and earlier at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as an Assistant Branch Manager. Sarah holds a BA Hons in HR from the University of Leeds, obtained in 2008, and completed GCSE and A level education at Heckmondwike Grammar School.
