Gavin Fang

Gavin Fang has over two decades of experience in journalism and media management, currently serving as Deputy Director and Head of National and International at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), along with the role of Diversity Lead. Gavin has held various positions within ABC, including Acting Director, Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, and Managing Editor for Coverage. Prior to ABC, Gavin was a journalist at The West Australian from January 1996 to June 2000. Educationally, Gavin holds a Bachelor of English with a focus on Journalism and Politics from Curtin University, completed between 1993 and 1996.
