Samuel Kwao

Samuel Kwao is currently serving as an Associate Technical Support Engineer at The Access Group since March 2024, where responsibilities include assisting clients with software issues and enhancing customer service through effective communication. Prior to this role, Samuel worked as a Service Delivery Technician at Autocab Ltd, building mobile applications for taxi clients and training customers on new features. Additional experience includes serving as a Sports Tutor for Active Communities Network, focusing on coaching children in a safe environment, and as a Lead Chef at Fabulous Fan Fayre, where leadership and risk management in food safety were vital. Samuel holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The Manchester Metropolitan University and has completed A Levels in Psychology, Chemistry, and Biology from Loreto Sixth Form College.
