Carole Quakawoot

Carole Quakawoot currently serves as the Indigenous Talent Management Team Lead and Specialist Recruitment Consultant for ADF Careers, focusing on the recruitment of candidates for the Australian Defence Force. With extensive experience in recruitment, Carole previously held various roles at Manpower Australia, including Team Lead for the Navy Portfolio and Army Portfolio Enlistment Coordinator, managing high priority roles within the Royal Australian Navy and Australian Regular Army. Earlier roles included Site Manager for HELP Enterprises, where management of Disability Employment Services was key, and Senior HR Advisor at McArthur River Mining, overseeing HR strategies and implementation of the Indigenous Employment Strategy. Carole’s career also includes significant leadership roles in managing staff for employment services in remote Indigenous communities with Mission Australia and MAX Employment.
