The Technology and Operations team at The American Institute of Architects ensures the seamless functioning and enhancement of the organization's technological infrastructure and operational processes. Responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of systems such as Salesforce, continuing education platforms, event technology, and product technology, this team supports AIA's mission through innovation, quality assurance, and effective use of technology. They also manage and audit CES providers and oversee architectural research initiatives, aligning all technological endeavors with AIA's strategic goals.
