Abiola Onike

Abiola Onike is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology strategy, business development, and mentorship. Currently serving as the Technology Strategy Lead at Transport for London since April 2022, Abiola is responsible for aligning technology and data initiatives with the Mayor of London’s Transport Strategy. As a Director at Conseq Group since October 2016, Abiola consults with a diverse network of venture capitalists, start-up incubators, and entrepreneurs. Additionally, Abiola has contributed as a Professional Mentor at The Amos Bursary since March 2019, supporting higher education students' professional development. Previous roles at Thales included Strategy and Marketing Lead and Senior Market & Competition Analyst, where Abiola drove strategic initiatives and conducted market analysis. Abiola holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sussex and has completed further studies at Quantic School of Business and Technology.
