Lance Encabo

Lance Encabo is a professional with extensive experience in consulting and research, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at The Andersen Partnership. Previously, Lance worked at Robert Walters in various roles, including Consultant, Associate Consultant, and Candidate Manager. Earlier career experiences include positions as an Outbound Research Interviewer at Research New Zealand and a Casual Team Member at NZ Uniforms, as well as a Research Intern with New Zealand First. Lance holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Victoria University of Wellington, completed between 2019 and October 2021, and attended Sacred Heart College in Auckland from January 2012 to November 2018.
