James Baumgartner

James Baumgartner is a seasoned Realtor and Sales Manager currently with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty since June 2022. With a real estate license obtained in 2014, James has completed over 150 transactions and has been associated with The Shelley Snow Team since 2015. Prior to the current role, James served with Realty ONE Group Unlimited and REMAX Pinnacle, where a strong foundation in land development was built. Previous experience includes significant roles in project management with RETTEW Associates, Dewberry, PulteGroup, Gladstone Design, Mace Consulting Engineers, Cherry Weber and Associates, and The RBA Group. James Baumgartner holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.
