Arindaam Roy

Arindaam Roy is a Software Engineer currently working at Block since July 2023, focusing on a data streaming platform. Prior experience includes roles as a Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of California, Davis, where Arindaam developed a Python SDK and validation layer for a distributed blockchain database and contributed to the incubation of ResilientDB at the Apache Software Foundation. Previous positions also include a Software Engineer Intern at Block, where Arindaam enhanced data pipeline support and led a collaborative project, a Backend Engineer at Kadmik, where Arindaam built system architecture and backend solutions, and a Software Engineer at ICICI Lombard, where Arindaam developed data pipelines and monitoring systems using AWS technologies. Additional experience includes participation in Google Summer of Code, working on a remote inventory federation system for Deepmind/Kapitan. Arindaam holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Delhi Technological University.
