Melanie McCoy

Melanie McCoy is a seasoned professional in adult services with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Since October 2003, Melanie has held the position of Senior Director of Adult Day Services at The Arc of San Diego, where leadership and program management are primary responsibilities. Prior to this role, from January 1994 to July 2003, Melanie held multiple director positions at Laradon, including Director of Adult Services, Director of Community and Employment Services, Director of Residential Services, and Training Coordinator. Melanie's educational background includes studies at the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
