Junrong Teo

Junrong Teo, MRICS, currently serves as Vice President of Business Development for Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia at The Ascott Limited, a position held since June 2024. Prior roles include Director of Hotels & Leisure Capital Markets Asia at Colliers (May 2023 - June 2024) and Vice President of Investment & Asset Management at CapitaLand Ascott Trust Management Limited (June 2022 - May 2023), both within The Ascott Limited. Junrong's career began at Knight Frank as an intern and includes significant experience at CBRE as Associate Director in Hotels International Capital Markets APAC, as well as other positions in hotels valuation and advisory. Junrong holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore, completed in 2009, with earlier education at St Andrew's Junior College and St Joseph's Institution.
