Lawrence Myslewski

Lawrence Myslewski is a seasoned HR consultant with extensive experience in global compensation practices. Currently serving as a Consultant/Senior Compensation Officer at The Asia Foundation since February 2024, Lawrence provides expert analysis and guidance on compensation policies and procedures. Prior to this role, Lawrence was a Global Senior HR Consultant at The World Bank from March 2008 to April 2024, where responsibilities included developing staff reward strategies for over 35 countries and innovating the Multidimensional Competitiveness Index. Earlier in Lawrence’s career, experience included serving as a Senior HR Consultant at Towers Watson, specializing in corporate compensation policy. Lawrence holds dual MBA degrees in Marketing and Marketing Research from The George Washington University School of Business, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University.
