Natasha Beale

Natasha Beale serves as the Associate Director of the Evaluation and Learning Unit at The Asia Foundation since February 2019, where responsibilities include providing technical assistance on design, monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities, developing annual reports, and enhancing M&E strategies across various projects. Prior to this role, Natasha held the position of Assistant Director at the Center for Effective Global Action, managing significant projects funded by the Gates Foundation and USAID from January 2017 to February 2019. Natasha's career also includes positions as an ICT4D Specialist and Mobile Technology Fellow with Equal Access, Field Manager at Dimagi Inc., and a Teacher with WorldTeach. Natasha's educational background features a Master of Philosophy in Development Economics and International Development from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Southern California.
