Todd Engstrom

Todd Engstrom serves as the Executive Pastor of Ministry Strategies at The Austin Stone Community Church, where responsibilities include cultivating healthy communities and churches through training and content development. Previously, Todd held multiple leadership roles at The Austin Stone, focusing on mission community infrastructure, pastoral care, and organizational systems. In addition to church leadership, Todd is a founding partner of the 100 UPG Cooperative, which aims to initiate church planting movements among unreached people groups. Todd also contributes to various organizations, including The For the City Network and Saturate, as a board or advisory member. Educational qualifications include an Educational Ministry Doctorate from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Master's in Physical Chemistry from The University of Texas at Austin.
