Lidore Alexandra DeRose is an experienced professional in the field of transaction risk and legal counsel, currently serving as Senior Partner and SVP of Transaction Risk at The Baldwin Group. Previous positions include Special Counsel at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP and Director of the Transaction Liability Deal Team at Lockton Companies, where Lidore also held the titles of Senior Vice President and Vice President.
