Richard Bernier

Richard Bernier, CPC, MBA, MA, serves as the Finance Director for Gulf Consortium and as Controller for The Balmoral Group since May 2019, overseeing Federal Grant Funding management for Gulf Coast cleanup efforts and accounting operations for a leading economic and civil engineering consulting firm, respectively. Prior to these roles, Richard held various financial leadership positions including Controller for Management Services 4 2X, LLC, H & H Products Company, Excel Alternatives, and DK Family Learning. Richard's experience spans across industries such as banking and shared services, with a focus on accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Nichols College, a Master of Arts in Applied Sports Psychology from Wexford University, and a BS in Business Administration from the University of New England.
