Matthew Dolan

Matthew Dolan is an experienced journalist currently serving as Enterprise Editor at the Baltimore Banner since December 2024. Prior to this role, Dolan held significant positions at the Detroit Free Press, including Senior Investigative Reporter/Editor, where a focus on the intersection of business, finance, and government was maintained. Dolan completed the Nieman Journalism Fellowship at Harvard University while working at the Detroit Free Press, taking classes across various Harvard schools. Earlier in the career, Dolan worked at The Wall Street Journal covering the automotive industry, and at The Baltimore Sun, The Virginian-Pilot, and The Philadelphia Inquirer in various reporting roles. Educational achievements include a Bachelor’s Degree from Cornell University, a Master’s Degree from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and a Journalism Fellowship from Harvard University.
