Angela Ruiter

Angela Mullinix Ruiter is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in settlement operations and accounting. Currently serving as AVP of Settlement Operations at The Bancorp since October 2024, Angela previously held the position of Settlement Operations Director at Central Payments from March 2021 to October 2024. Angela's earlier roles include EFT Product Manager at Meta Payment Systems, Inc., where responsibilities included managing client relationships and educating on funding flows and regulations, and an Accounting Specialist at The Credit Store, focusing on general ledger reconciliation and inventory reporting. Angela started a career in finance at First Savings Bank, contributing to branch conversions and financial reporting. Angela holds an Associate of Arts in Accounting and an Associate of Science in Financial Business from Colorado Technical University, obtained in 2009.
