Lisa Liban

Lisa Liban is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in regulatory compliance and business counsel. Currently serving as Chief Counsel for Business and Regulatory Affairs at The Bancorp since November 2021, Lisa provides senior leadership within the Legal Department, advising on various legal and regulatory issues related to banking products and services. Previously, Lisa held multiple roles at Fiserv from August 2011 to November 2021, including Managing Director and Chief Payments Counsel, where responsibilities included oversight of the enterprise Compliance Program for consumer-direct payments. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at InComm and as Senior Corporate Counsel at ORIX Financial Services. Lisa holds a J.D. from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School and a B.A. in Psychology/English from Emory University.
