Britteny Crouch

Britteny Crouch is an experienced financial professional currently serving as an ACH Processor at EFTBOP, LLC since January 2024. With a strong background in financial crimes analysis, Britteny has held various positions at The Bank of Tampa since November 2016, including BSA AML Analyst and BSA/AML Investigator. Prior to this, Britteny worked at Platinum Bank and Bay Cities Bank, where responsibilities included supervising electronic banking wire transfers, conducting ACH risk assessments, and providing customer support in deposit operations. Extensive knowledge in fraud investigation and compliance has been demonstrated through a progressive career in the banking sector, supported by a foundational education from C. Leon King Senior High School.
