Michael Bowsher

Michael Bowsher is a distinguished barrister and KC currently affiliated with Monckton Chambers since 2001, specializing in litigation advocacy, mediation, and legal advice regarding contracts with government and utilities, as well as procurement regulation, competition, and commercial law. Bowsher also serves as a Barrister At Law with The Bar of Ireland and The Bar of Northern Ireland, and has been a Visiting Professor at King's College London's Dickson Poon School of Law since November 2016, where responsibilities include teaching Public Procurement Law and directing the Distance Learning Diploma in Public Procurement Law. Previous roles include barrister at Keating Chambers and associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Bowsher holds a degree from the University of Oxford and has training from CEDR.
