Tuvshin Ganbold is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the consulting and recruitment sectors across the APAC region. Currently serving as Associate Director and Head of Professional Services at The Barton Partnership since July 2018, Tuvshin specializes in helping consulting partners develop expertise and build teams in Australia and APAC. Previous roles include Managing Principal and Principal at The Barton Partnership, where Tuvshin led the growth of professional services search capabilities. As a Partner at The Shackleton Group, Tuvshin played a key role in providing training programs aimed at upskilling the workforce. With a strong background in recruitment management established through positions at Mongolia Talent Network and Oyu Tolgoi LLC, Tuvshin possesses a solid foundation in workforce planning. Tuvshin holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Marymount University and an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
