Julie Kay

Julie Kay is a longtime Berkeley Carroll parent who joined the Board in 2017. Julie is an attorney and author whose work focuses on advancing gender equity and human rights in the U.S. and worldwide. Previously, she worked as an attorney for the Center for Reproductive Rights, for the Irish Family Planning Association and as a Senior Strategist for the Ms. Foundation for Women. Julie serves as the Co-Vice Chair on the board. She and her husband Tom Fergus are the parents of a middle schooler and a Berkeley Carroll alumnus.
