Nora Lang

Nora Lang is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as Research Lead at The Big Search since April 2022, focusing on C- and VP level roles in early-stage tech companies across Europe. Prior to this role, Nora worked as a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner in Executive Search for GE Renewable Energy, supporting global executive searches for GE Gas Power and GE Renewable Energy. Nora's extensive background in recruitment encompasses various roles across GE Aviation, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment and employer branding for diverse professional sectors in Europe and Canada. Earlier experiences include working as an EMEA Sourcing Recruiter at Randstad Sourceright, a Sponsorship Sales Project Manager at Active Communications International, and roles in client service and IT support. Nora holds a Master of Science degree in Communication & Media Studies and French Language & Literature from ELTE Faculty of Arts and has completed additional education in photography and communication.
