Shikha Raghav

Shikha Raghav is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at The BIM Engineers since August 2021, Shikha previously held the position of Sr. Executive- HR & Admin at Intec Infra-Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from September 2013 to December 2019. Shikha began the HR career as a Research Associate at Right Talent Consultants Pvt. Ltd. from March 2011 to February 2013. Academic qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Center For Distance Learning, Pune, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Maharishi Dayanand University. Additionally, Shikha received early education at Arya Vidya Mandir in Gurgaon.
