Angelika Tzemou

Angelika Tzemou serves as the Head of HR, DEI Lead, and Transformation Lead at Bayer Greece, contributing significantly to the company's HR strategy and operations since July 2016. As a member of the Bayer Greece board, Angelika has focused on establishing Bayer as an employer of choice through a comprehensive people strategy and cultural transformation initiatives. In addition to this role, Angelika is a Founding Member of the Boardroom, a leadership think tank aimed at addressing the gender gap on corporate boards. Previous experience includes senior HR positions at LEO Pharma and Amvyx S.A., as well as consultancy roles and educational contributions at institutions like Athens Information Technology. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Corporate Governance and an MSc in Human Resource Management, among others.
