Phillip Spark

Phillip Spark has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Assistant Manager and previously as Operations Supervisor at The Bristol Port Company since November 2021. Before this role, Phillip was an Assistant Site Manager at Origin Fertilisers and held multiple positions at The Bristol Port Company over a seven-year span, including Senior Operations Supervisor and General Operative. Phillip's career began in the British Army, where Phillip served for 16 years as a Sergeant Port Operator, managing troop operations and training soldiers. Phillip holds an ILM Level 3 in Management and a Level 3 in Team Leader/Supervisor from Western College. Additionally, Phillip has a background in sports, having been a YTS footballer with Scunthorpe United Football Club.
