Jessica Williams is a seasoned project management professional currently serving as the Head of Project Management (Information Services) at The British Museum since May 2019. In this role, Jessica oversees the operational leadership of the project management function within the IT department, having previously held positions as Lead Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager at the same institution. Jessica's expertise includes managing IT change initiatives, from infrastructure projects to bespoke software applications tailored to museum operations. Prior to The British Museum, Jessica worked in the Project Management Office at Canon EMEA and briefly as a PMO Trainee at FDM Group. Jessica holds a degree in Classics from the University of Leeds and has a background in education from Henrietta Barnett Grammar School for Girls.
