Rupa Bidap

Rupa Bidap serves as a Senior Associate at The Cadmus Group since December 2021, following a role as a Consultant at USAID from March 2021 to December 2021. Rupa has extensive experience in program investigation, design, implementation, and monitoring in South Asia and East Africa, evident from a tenure as Regional Lead at Water.org from August 2015 to May 2020. Rupa holds multiple degrees, including a Master in Public Administration from Texas A&M's Bush School of Government and Public Services, certifications in Digital Finance and Microfinance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Law from the National Law School of India University, and a Bachelor of Architecture from University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering.
