Jalen Ross is a co-founder of The CAM Collective and Ellery Partners, focusing on community association management and the growth of small businesses while preserving their culture and identity. Prior to these ventures, Jalen held consulting roles at The Boston Consulting Group, where responsibilities included managing a $50M budget for Biden for President and contributing to various strategic initiatives across sectors such as food service and hospitality. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
