Jay Thurman

Jay Thurman, CPP, currently serves as the General Manager for The Car Park in Atlanta, a position held since October 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Operations at Orbility from August 2023 to October 2024, and Senior Vice President at National Parking from December 2021 to August 2023. Jay also held the title of Vice President of Operations at National Parking. Previous positions include Assistant Director Of Security at Chesley Brown International, overseeing security operations at Atlantic Station from July 2019 to December 2021, and Territory Manager at Lanier Parking, managing multi-location operations from August 2010 to July 2019. The career began at Cobb County Sheriff's Office as a Detention Specialist from September 2004 to August 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in History from Georgia State University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Georgia State University Perimeter College.
