Russ Dyer

Russ Dyer is an experienced professional in operations and value stream management, currently serving as Value Stream Manager at The Carlstar Group since November 2021. Previously, Russ held the position of Director of Operations at MacLean Power Systems from August 2019 to July 2020, and served as Logistics Manager at Gerdau North America from June 2012 to June 2019. Prior experience also includes a role as Business Center Manager at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where responsibilities included tire assembly, curing, and component preparation. Additionally, Russ has expertise in extruding and mixing production, having worked as a Manufacturing Team Specialist and as Area Manager supervising frontline operations. Russ earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Martin between 1991 and 1996.
