Nerys Smithwick

Nerys Smithwick has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Assistant Manager at The Celtic Collection since March 2015, with prior roles as Food and Beverage Supervisor, Hostess, and Chef de Rang. Nerys' background includes working as a Sales Assistant at Bonmarche from July 2012 to March 2015 and owning N S Confectionary from February 2014 to December 2014. Nerys holds an NVQ Level 4 in Hospitality Administration/Management from Cambrian Training, completed in September 2021, and an NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Supervision from Cambrian Training, completed in 2017, in addition to earlier education at Coleg Gwent in 2004-2005.
