Vinny Tzortzis is a seasoned culinary professional with over ten years of experience in high-pressure kitchen environments. Currently serving as Resort Head Chef and Executive Sous Chef at The Celtic Collection since November 2021, Vinny has held significant positions including Head Chef at Cameron House and Celtic Manor Resort, as well as various roles in upscale dining establishments specializing in Greek and Italian cuisines. In addition to culinary expertise, Vinny's responsibilities have encompassed staff management, supply oversight, cost control, and health and safety procedures. With a background in engineering and specialized culinary training, Vinny Tzortzis combines technical skills with a passion for food preparation and service.
