Licia Hogarth

Licia Hogarth, PMP, serves as the Sponsorship Director and IEL Project Manager at The Center for American and International Law since September 2011, focusing on the development of educational programs and publications for the Institute for Energy Law. Prior to this role, Licia managed extensive project portfolios at Verizon Business, overseeing $18M in capital budget across multiple projects aimed at network technology and operational efficiency. Licia has also held positions as Corporate Training Manager at ILC, Project Manager in Technical Training Development at WorldCom Satellite Division, and Chief Technical Engineer at BERMAC, showcasing a strong background in project management and technical training. Academically, Licia holds a B.A. in General Studies from The University of Texas at Dallas and a BS in Engineering from Università di Pavia.
