Steven Cagan

Steven Cagan is a seasoned data management professional with extensive experience in health information and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Master Data Management Architect at the Center for Health Information and Analysis since April 2022, Steven is responsible for maintaining multiple Master Patient MDM solutions and recommending software upgrades. Prior to this, Steven held roles as a Data Management Consultant and Senior Consultant at the Massachusetts Center for Health Information and Analysis and Greylock Summit Consulting Corp from 2013 to 2022. Steven's earlier experience includes a managerial position at IBM Corporation, overseeing customer advocacy related to data integration projects for Fortune 500 companies, as well as leadership roles at Ascential Software and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where Steven gained significant expertise in customer issue management and healthcare systems. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from Northeastern University.
