Katrina O'Connell

Katrina O'Connell is the Chief Financial Officer at Gap Inc. since March 2020 and serves on the Board of Directors as well as Chair of the Audit Committee for Chamberlain Group. O'Connell is a member of the Board of Advisors for Georgetown University's Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service and has been the Chair and a member of the Audit and Finance Committee for the Gap Foundation. O'Connell previously held leadership roles at Old Navy as Chief Financial Officer and SVP, Strategy, and Innovation, and at Banana Republic as CFO/SVP of Strategy. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Gap Inc. in corporate finance and inventory management. O'Connell earned a Bachelor of Foreign Service degree from Georgetown University.
