Tessa Zuniga

Tessa Zuniga, Ph.D., SHRM-CP, serves as an Adjunct Professor and Assessment Center Coordinator at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where responsibilities include planning and facilitating the Assessment Center for Industrial Organizational Psychology students. Tessa also works as an Organization and Talent Development Specialist at Access Community Health Network, focusing on performance management, training and development, and employee engagement. Previous roles include designing training programs for contact center staff, managing talent acquisition processes, and interning in organizational development. Tessa holds a Ph.D. in Business Psychology and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Harding University.
